Junior Ambassador Lucia Bella donates her 5th birthday to children in homeless shelters.
After learning that children in foster care and homeless shelters often go without birthday parties, Lucia decided to forego gifts for her 5th birthday. Instead, she asked friends and family to donate to her fundraising campaign. She managed to raise over $4000 so that kids just like her, who happen to live in shelters, can have birthday parties too! She’s looking forward to partying with them!
